It includes a pre-charging circuit to ensure zero inrush current. The power module is highly suitable for energy storage and charging applications, including DC busbars and mobile charging vehicles. While ensuring quiet operation, its high efficiency helps customers reduce electricity costs and avoid energy waste.
In terms of reliability, Tonhe Technology is a pioneer in promoting dual-sided gel-filling technology, which has gained widespread recognition from customers. By using viscous silicone rubber to form barriers around the PCB and then covering it with more fluid silicone gel to a thickness of 2.5mm, the power module's fault rate in harsh environments is significantly reduced. Compared to the commonly used single-sided, partial gel-filling, or three-proof protective methods, this approach enhances reliability and reduces failure rates due to contamination by over 70%.
