    Designed with SiC technology and magnetic integration, reducing winding component volume by 30%.

    Achieves ≥97.5% peak efficiency with full-load noise as low as 60dB, meeting the high-end product demands of overseas markets.

    30kW DC-DC Charging Module

    Ultra-high efficiency: Peak efficiency ≥98%.

    Ultra-low noise: As low as 55dB, ideal for noise-sensitive environments such as residential and commercial areas.

    Wide voltage range: Supports 200–865Vdc input, adaptable to diverse battery systems and storage applications.

    Pre-charge circuit: Built-in input-side pre-charge for reliable battery protection.

    Industry-First Double-Sided PCB Gel-filling Technology

    Tonhe Technology is the first in the industry to adopt fully automated double-sided PCB gel-filling technology, eliminating at least four manual handling steps and reducing risks during manufacturing. This ensures consistency and reliability.

    Process details: Silicone rubber with high viscosity is applied around the PCB edges, followed by low-viscosity silicone encapsulation covering the entire PCB at a 2.5mm thickness.

    Result: Significantly lowers charging module failure rates under extreme environments.

    Given South America's vast geography and diverse climates, charging equipment faces severe operational challenges. As the core of charging stations, charging modules directly determine maintenance costs:

    Amazon (Brazil): Hot, humid conditions may cause short-circuits from moisture.

    Pampas (Argentina): Dust intrusion disrupts circuitry.

    Coastal regions: Salt spray corrodes PCB components.
