High-efficiency power modules

THCDKZQ-D2

Complete EU/US charging system solutions

These products received strong interest from international visitors.

Tonhe's charger modules—compliant with IEC61851-23:2023—support regional partners in entering the European market, while UL- and FCC-certified modules enable customers to expand into North America. Featuring both high efficiency and low noise, the products deliver up to 97.2% peak efficiency and operate at only 60 dB.

Tailored Solutions for Harsh Environments

To address the high-temperature climate of the Middle East, Tonhe Technology presented charging modules that maintain full-power output even at 60℃ ambient temperature, helping Turkish partners explore opportunities across the Middle East and other international markets.

Additionally, with the rapid adoption of electric commercial vehicles and their stringent operational environment requirements, Tonhe Technology—one of the first in the industry to implement fully automated dual-sided potting inside modules—ensures stable performance in dusty or harsh conditions. This significantly reduces maintenance costs for customers.

Turkey: A Rapidly Growing EV Market

Turkey has emerged as Europe's 4th largest battery-electric vehicle (BEV) market, with EV sales in the first half of 2025 doubling year-over-year. This growth is strongly supported by the government's comprehensive policy framework:

Inclusion of NEVs in the National Technology Breakthrough Program, offering tax reductions for PHEVs and additional corporate tax incentives for locally produced BEVs, lowering market entry barriers for manufacturers.

Launch of the “Green Energy – Green Mobility” dual-action plan, requiring all new highway service areas to deploy solar + fast-charging facilities.

Core cities such as Istanbul and Ankara have established Low Emission Zones, restricting ICE vehicle access and granting EVs priority road rights, accelerating electrification in logistics and public transportation.

Strong promotion of megawatt-level charging technology, with a dedicated exhibition area debuting this year to highlight fast-charging solutions for electric trucks and buses, directly addressing heavy-duty charging challenges.
